| UPDATE - November / December 2011 |
| The flurry of building activity continues...... |
| What a sensational month we have had !! |
| Week 5 of the construction program and it's all hands on deck......... |
Well we are off again, onwards and upwards.....Stage 2 and 3 has commenced construction!! |
A big "Hi" from Catherine's desk
What a busy and very exciting July we have had....welcoming our very special first owners into their beautiful new homes at Freshwater Pavilions.....a community is born!! |
Hello from Catherine's desk
Terry is extremely busy and I am very excited given that Stage One has now completed... |
| We are on the final stretch to the finish.....and yes we have a driveway!! It has been a very busy past few weeks laying concrete as we now approach Sturgeon Street with the driveway and over the next two weeks we will be completing the final phases of construction in Stage 1. |
| We have achieved a milestone...it has been just over 12 months since we commenced the construction of Freshwater Pavilions. In a ""normal" weather cycle it would typically take about 12 to 14 months to complete a community of 8 to 12 town homes. Here we are at 12 months and we are close to completing the equivalent of 8 homes plus all of the other works necessary to get all 25 homes out of the ground despite the weather. I have to keep reminding myself of this as we continue to endure the elements. |
| Firstly, I must apologise for the lateness of my March newsletter. As we enter the final phase of construction in Stage 1, it is all hands on deck. With only a few weeks remaining before our Stage 1 owners move into their stunning new homes, there are so many aspects of the building process that suddenly merge and as project coordinator I could well do with a couple of clones right now...any takers!! |
| Wow....what a result!! Once again Catherine has created what I believe to be a display home second to none. Catherine never approves of my being such a "raving fan" of her great work and shouting it too the world but given her modesty I reckon someone has to do it. |

Construction update
Season's greetings !!
I thought I would keep this month's update fairly brief as I know we are all so busy in the lead up to Xmas. |

Construction update
Wow, it's hard to believe that it is almost Xmas already. This year has gone so fast probably as a result of being so busy, as I am sure you may relate to. I am constantly reminded of some very wise words imparted to me by my father a long time ago, and they were "enjoy the journey as much as the destination". I remind myself of this often as I push head long towards the vision I see for Freshwater Pavilions. |

Construction update
Hi again after another challenging month in respect of the weather. Ian, our adjoining neighbour at Freshwater Pavilions, is very diligent in recording rainfall on his rain gauge. He tells me that as at the 26th October we have had 250mm of rain this month compared to 50mm for the entire month of October 2009... despite this we continue to soldier on !! |

Construction update
"Rain drops keep falling on my head". I just can't seem to get that song out of my mind...actually it was a favourite of mine as a kid and it is a catchy tune but I am definitely ready for some "spring weather" as I am sure most of you are !! |

Construction update
Hi to all after another big month at Freshwater Pavilions on the construction front.
Pavilions 24 and 25 are now fully reticulated with power, air conditioning, water and the list goes on. |
Construction update
What a month so far....it's currently "all hands on deck" as the construction program gains further momentum. For those of our intrepid followers who pass by Freshwater Pavilions each day it would seem as though all we are doing is moving piles of sand from one position to another around the site. |

Construction update
I can't believe that I am sitting here writing our June update already ... it seems like Xmas past was just here. I have tried to understand why the days and weeks seem to pass so quickly and I think it is because we are all so busy. There is an upside however ... personally it reminds me of the importance of living every day without compromise doing the things that are most important. |
Firstly, I must apologise for my late monthly update. As you can imagine it has been an incredibly busy start to the month as our construction schedule comes up to full speed. |
With all the formalities for construction now completed, Freshwater Pavilions is starting to breathe life. If you have passed by the site recently you may have noticed the first "rumblings" of the demolition of the existing home and structures. |
What a big start to the month as we enter the final stages of preparation for construction of Freshwater Pavilions. |
